These terms govern your use of mysite-name's nail studio services across England. Please read them carefully before booking any appointments to ensure a clear understanding of our studio operations, client responsibilities, and service procedures.

1. Service Agreement

By booking services with mysite-name-whether through our website, telephone, or in-person-you agree to these terms. Our nail services operate in compliance with relevant UK health and safety regulations and beauty industry standards.

We provide professional nail care services including manicures, gel polish applications, and hand treatments through our qualified technicians across England.


2. Service Scope and Limitations

Our services include nail shaping, cuticle care, polish application, and hand treatments. We focus on providing quality results using professional techniques and products suitable for different nail types and conditions.

While we provide expert nail services, the final results and longevity can be influenced by your natural nail condition, lifestyle activities, and how you maintain your nails between appointments.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service experiences, clients agree to:

  • Arrive punctually for scheduled appointments
  • Communicate any nail conditions or sensitivities
  • Disclose known allergies to products or ingredients
  • Follow aftercare advice provided by technicians
  • Respect other clients and the studio environment

Clear communication about your preferences and any concerns helps us provide the best possible service.


4. Appointment Booking and Management

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Appointment confirmations will be sent via your chosen communication method.

Walk-in clients are served based on technician availability, but priority is given to clients with pre-booked appointments.


5. Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge with at least 6 hours' notice. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in a fee or requirement for pre-payment for future bookings.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.


6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept various payment methods including cash, major credit/debit cards, and contactless payments. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice displayed in the studio and on our website.

Additional design work or premium products may incur extra charges, which will be discussed and approved before service.


7. Service Satisfaction

We strive to ensure client satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about your service, please inform us before leaving the studio. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns immediately.

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and typically involve service correction rather than monetary refunds, except where required by consumer protection laws.


8. Health and Safety

We maintain high standards of hygiene with proper tool sterilization between clients. All implements are cleaned and disinfected according to industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee complete elimination of infection risk.

Clients with nail infections, fungal conditions, or open wounds on hands may be declined service for health and safety reasons.


9. Age Requirements

Clients under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We provide age-appropriate services but require parental consent for clients under 18.

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their children follow reasonable behaviour expectations during services.


10. Personal Belongings

We provide storage for coats and bags, but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Please keep valuable items with you during your appointment.

Items left at the studio will be kept for 30 days before being disposed of or donated to charity.


11. Product Sales and Returns

Nail care products sold in our studio may be returned within 14 days with original packaging and receipt, provided they are unopened and in resalable condition. Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Product recommendations are provided based on our professional opinion, but individual results may vary.


12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, under the influence of substances, or making unreasonable demands that compromise our professional standards or safety.

Service may also be refused for health and safety reasons, including contagious conditions or situations that could endanger staff or other clients.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions when clients have not disclosed known allergies, or for service longevity when aftercare instructions are not followed.

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our business operations.


14. Complaints Procedure

We aim for complete client satisfaction with our services. If you have concerns about any aspect of our service, please notify us promptly. We will address legitimate concerns through our established resolution process.

Complaints should be directed to the studio manager for proper documentation and timely resolution, preferably within 48 hours of service.


15. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or industry practices. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
